Captain Andrea H. Cameron, U.S. Navy, is a Permanent Military Professor teaching foreign policy analysis in the National Security Affairs Department at the U.S. Naval War College and the founding Director of the Climate and Human Security Group. She also teaches courses on climate change and national security and conducts research on climate security, human security topics, and civil-military coordination during humanitarian assistance. Andrea Cameron holds an Ed.D. in Educational Technology from Pepperdine University and a Ph.D. in Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School.
Andrea H. Cameron was a Fulbright Scholar in NATO Security Studies in Belgium in 2023. Andrea taught transatlantic climate security at the College of Europe and researched climate security policy development
